Tootsie Tales — provided by Francis Gregori Munis Soluções Web e Mobile (Empresário Individual), CNPJ 35.654.676/0001-83 — lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly inside the app, at any time. You do not need to contact us to do it.
How to delete your account
- Open Tootsie Tales and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Account and Privacy.
- Tap Delete account.
- Optionally choose a reason, tap Delete account, and confirm.
Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently erase:
- your profile — email, display name, profile photo, account public key, device push tokens, and notification preferences;
- every child you own and all of their content — photos, videos, audio, captions, letters, comments, growth measurements, and milestones — including the stored encrypted objects;
- your memberships in other families;
- your key backup (recovery data);
- your registered devices.
Because your content is end-to-end encrypted and deleted at the source, none of it can be recovered afterward.
What may be retained
- We keep no readable copy of your memories after deletion.
- Content you added to a child owned by another account holder stays with that owner's family. Delete your own entries before leaving if you want them removed.
- Payment records (card and receipt data) are held by Apple and Google, not by us; their retention is governed by the app stores.
- Minimal records may be retained only where the law requires, for the period that law requires. Routine backups and scrubbed error logs are purged on our normal rotation.
Delete only some data
You can also delete individual memories, individual media items, or a whole child from within the app, without deleting your account. For any other data request, contact us at support@tootsietales.app.
